STALK HER AT: Twitter: https://twitter.com/maryms1980 Book Blurb: Jude has spent the whole twenty one years of his life running. From what, he wasn't quite sure. His mother tried to keep him safe; a low profile, a constant move on the horizon, a week's pay always stashed away. She tried to instill in him that he was special somehow, though would never elaborate. He never felt different. He was so completely normal and vanilla that he wondered if it had all been in her head. But then she was murdered and all he saw was a running silhouette of a man as his mother said three final words to him. Three words that changed his whole being. Never stop running… Now he's semi-settled into a big town. The college is huge and easy to blend into. It's been three months since he had to move because 'Biloxi', as he calls the man who killed his mother, found him once more. Then Marley, an eighteen year old girl who is as infuriating as she is blissfully ignorant of her gorgeousness, smashes into his car with hers. Then smashes into his life as he realizes that whatever it is he has that Biloxi wants, she has it, too. And now, they're after them both.

Release date: April 29,2013 Laura Howard lives in New Hampshire with her husband and four children. Her obsession with books began at the age of 6 when she got her first library card. Nancy Drew, Sweet Valley High and other girly novels were routinely devoured in single sittings. Books took a backseat to diapers when she had her first child. It wasn’t until the release of a little novel called Twilight, 8 years later, that she rediscovered her love of fiction. Soon after, her own characters began to make themselves known. The Forgotten Ones is her first published novel. official site: laurahoward78.blogspot.com twitter.com/laurahoward78 facebook.com/pages/Laura-Howard/185825048120124 Interview 1. Where do you get book ideas? Finding ideas to write about has never been a problem for me. My brain is constantly cooking up “what if’s”. Some things come from songs or other books. A lot of my stories have roots in my own life -- not necessarily my own experiences, but the experiences of those close to me. 2. Who designed the cover of your book? I found the photo by a college student on Deviantart. I sent it to Stephanie Mooney, and she worked her magic. 3. What is your favorite hobby besides writing? Reading, of course! 4.What is your number one pet peeve? Constant complaining. What a downer! 5. What are your two favorite movies? Titanic and The Holiday 6.Where is one place in the world you would really love to visit and why? Ireland. It’s beautiful and my novels are all based in Irish lore. 7. What is your favorite restaurant? I don’t have one. I like several, but nothing stands out. 8.What is your favorite song right now? Anything by Pink. 9.If your book was made into a movie who would play the lead roles? Melissa Benoist would play Allison. Her character was based on Michelle Trachtenberg, but I think Michelle is too old now. Steven R. McQueen would play Ethan. Jeremy Sumpter would play Liam. 10. What is one tip you would give to new authors? Stop reading about writing. I got caught up in reading about it and not actually doing it. The best thing I did was just get through draft one and then have someone critique it for me. That’s how I learned to write, not from reading about it. Thank you so much Laura for answering all of my silly questions and I wish you loads of success for the future. She works at her grandpas hardware store. She is trying to save money for school. She usually keeps to herself and doesn't let people in except her one true friend Nicol. Ethan who she has secretly been in love tries to break through to her. Her father who has been absent, comes to her telling her, he can help her mother Beth come out of the darkness of her mind. She doesn't trust him. She learns things about her history that take her to a world she didn't know existed. They have great adventures. I love the Irish Folk Lore in this book and swoon worthy Ethan. I love the starting romance and I love Allison O'Malley and her strength. ABOUT THE BOOK: D005 has been a part of a secret government program known as the Delta Project her entire life. She has been genetically modified to be stronger, faster, smarter and to heal faster. Trained in hand-to-hand combat, weaponry and battle tactics, she has been worked to physical and mental exhaustion every day of her life. Raised without love or care of any kind, she has no idea what it means to be happy – to be free. And now she has run away. After leaving the Hartman Ranch in order to keep her new friends out of danger, Weston embarks on a mission to save her brother and the other Deltas with the help of someone from her past. While at it, she will learn more about the Delta Project itself and what it is about the Deltas that makes them special. During her journey, she will be put in difficult situations. Will she be able to remain the caring, fun-loving Weston she became? Or will she revert to the cold, distant D005 of her past? And will she ever see Cormac or any of the others ever again? My Review: I really loved the first book and was thrilled to receive an ARC of book two! Book two was action packed just like book one and was suspense filled. Weston is in turmoil when trying to go back and save her brother and some other genetically modified Deltas on her own. She encounters much resistance and the book keeps you turning those pages. I was captivated. I love Weston and Cormac! There is also a love story going on. You will love it. I can't wait for the next book AUTHOR BIO: Jessica Jaster lives in Iowa with her husband and her (currently) one year old and two year old, as well as their cat, Pandora. Jessica graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Anthropology. Yes, she realizes that there is a big difference between Anthropology and writing young adult novels. She actually tried for an English major (well actually, it was Criminal Justice, then English, then Anthropology), but the classes she had to take just did not fly with her. Although, since Anthropology is pretty much just the study of humans and human culture, it could tie in with her novels in some way. She has always had an over-active imagination and has been making stories up in her head for herself for as long as she can remember and finally decided to start writing them down (when she is not busy chasing the two little ones around anyway) and sharing them with anyone interested. Most ideas she has so far for her novels are for young adults - some fantasy, some science fiction and some normal contemporary story-lines. Here: http://www.facebook.com/events/147597978739392/ If you have not figured it out already, Shelly Crane is my very favorite author. I have read all of her books. I might be a touch biased, but I don't think she can write a bad book. This is another masterpiece............ YA author from a small town in Georgia and loves everything about the south. She is wife to a fantastical husband and stay at home mom to two boisterous and mischievous boys who keep her on her toes. They currently reside in everywhere USA as they happily travel all over with her husband's job. She loves to spend time with her family, binge on candy corn, go out to eat at new restaurants, buy paperbacks at little bookstores, site see in the new areas they travel to, listen to music everywhere and also LOVES to read. Her own books happen by accident and she revels in the writing and imagination process. She doesn't go anywhere without her notepad for fear of an idea creeping up and not being able to write it down immediately, even in the middle of the night, where her best ideas are born. Book Synopsis: A girl. A coma. A life she can't remember. When Emma Walker wakes up in the hospital with no knowledge of how she got there, she learns that she's been in a coma for six months. Strangers show up and claim to be her parents, but she can't remember them. She can't remember anyone. Not her friends, not even her boyfriend. Even though she can't remember, everyone wants her to just pick up where she left off, but what she learns about the 'old her' makes her start to wish she'd never woken up. Her boyfriend breaks up with the new girl he's dating to be with her, her parents want her to start planning for college, her friends want their leader back, and her physical therapist with the hazel eyes keeps his distance to save his position at the hospital. Will she ever feel like she recognizes the girl in the mirror? My Review: ***** 5 of 5 stars Absolutely Amazing! Loved It.I loved that it kept me on the edge of my seat and I became instantly invested. This was very real and not candy coated. It was full of raw emotion. You felt like you were there. There were so many things that made it feel so genuine, but especially how when she awoke from her coma she didn't like anything they told her about who she was including her pompous boyfriend. I loved Emma and Mason and their bond. I loved the character of Isabella. I really loved the ending which was so true to real life. This was an amazing read!
